A respected Manhattan Divorce Lawyer Peter Cedeno is now being charged with alleged sexual attack and malpractices by his customer Atesa Pacelli. Peter Cedeno was hired on retainer to represent Atesa Pacelli in her divorce case against her husband Anthony Pacelli. Nonetheless, in a significant turn of events, the client is now, instead, suing her attorney Peter Cedeno. Atesa Pacelli had hired Manhattan divorce attorney Peter Cedeno to represent her at a highly contentious divorce from her husband Anthony Pacelli. Atesa Pacelli claims that Peter Cedeno had starting wooing her and seducing her over weeks of keeping him. Atesa Pacelli is now, rather, pressing charges against her divorce attorney Peter Cedeno on many charges which include sexual attack, malpractices and professional negligence. In her Inside Edition interview, Atesa Pacelli states that Peter Cedeno has taken advantage of her intoxicated condition and had sexually assaulted her. She claims that she was at "no state of mind to give her approval" to having sex with Peter Cedeno. Atesa Pacelli also affirms that the text messages were sent by her, however, maintains that "the text messages didn't represent who she really was and that she was moving through a really patch of her life in that time". During the interview, Anthony Pacelli, the husband of Atesa Pacelli said he was angry when he found out about the affair however he later arrived at the conclusion that Peter Cedeno was manipulating his spouse. Anthony Pacelli and Atesa Pacelli have finally reconciled and have decided to remain married. Collectively they're now filing a lawsuit against Atesa's former divorce lawyer for malpractices, sexual assault, and professional negligence.
